The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These keep the site working — remembering your cookie choice and securing the booking form against misuse. They can’t be switched off because the site wouldn’t function without them, but they don’t track you.
Preference
When you accept or reject cookies, we store that decision in your browser (using local storage) so the banner doesn’t reappear on every visit. This stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Analytics (only if you accept)
If you accept, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages guests find useful, so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and never identifies you personally.
Managing your choice
You can change your mind whenever you like. Use the small cookie button in the bottom-right corner of any page to reopen the preferences panel and accept or reject. You can also clear cookies and site data directly in your browser settings, which will reset your choice.
Third-party cookies
We load our fonts from Google Fonts, which may set technical cookies as part of delivering them. We don’t control those cookies; you can review Google’s practices on their own privacy pages.
