These terms apply to appointments booked with Veloura Beauty Sdn. Bhd. at our studio in Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur. By booking, you agree to them.
Booking & deposits
A booking request through this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment — your slot is confirmed once we reply and agree a time. For longer treatments such as full sets and cosmetic brows we may ask for a small deposit, which is credited to your treatment on the day.
Patch tests
For sensitive eyes, first-time brow tinting or henna, and all cosmetic brow procedures, a patch test at least 48 hours in advance is required. If a required patch test hasn’t been done, we may need to reschedule your treatment for your safety.
Arriving on time
Please arrive a few minutes early. We hold your slot for 15 minutes; beyond that we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule so the next guest isn’t delayed. Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment price.
Cancellations & changes
Life happens — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit to secure future bookings. Any deposit terms are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your health
Please tell us about eye conditions, allergies, recent eye surgery, pregnancy, or any medication that may affect treatment. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment where we believe it isn’t safe or suitable for you.
Aftercare & results
The longevity of any lash or brow treatment depends heavily on aftercare, your natural hair cycle and your skin. We’ll give you clear guidance, but we can’t guarantee a fixed lifespan for a set. If something isn’t right, tell us within 72 hours and we’ll make it right — see our returns policy.
Liability
We carry professional insurance and follow strict hygiene practice. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
