A small studio with a long attention span
Veloura began with a simple frustration: beautiful lashes ruined by rushed appointments. So we built the opposite.
Founded in Bangsar, in 2018
Our founder, Serena, spent years working the busy salon circuit across the Klang Valley, watching good work undone by back-to-back bookings. Veloura was her answer — a studio that treats fewer guests a day so each one gets an artist who isn’t glancing at the clock.
We chose Bangsar Village II because it is calm, central and easy to reach, and we kept the room small on purpose: a handful of beds, soft light, and no walk-in bustle. What you feel when you arrive is the quiet, and that quiet is the whole point.
Four things we never rush
The consultation
Every visit opens with mapping and honest talk about what your natural lashes and brows can carry. If a lighter set is better for you, that’s what we’ll suggest — even if it’s the cheaper one.
Hygiene, without shortcuts
Single-use tools where it matters, hospital-grade sterilisation between guests, and adhesives stored and mixed for Kuala Lumpur’s humidity. Your eyes deserve nothing less.
Ongoing training
Our artists complete a minimum of 700 supervised sets before working solo, and refresh their certifications every year as techniques evolve.
Lash health first
We schedule rest periods, spot early signs of strain, and will happily put you on a recovery plan rather than sell you another heavy set.
Certified artists, familiar faces
Veloura is a tight team of six lash and brow artists, each with their own specialism — from feather-light classics to semi-permanent brows. Because our diaries stay small, most guests see the same artist visit after visit, which is exactly how good lash work should go.
We’re fully licensed for cosmetic brow procedures and every artist holds current certification in lash extensions, lifting and brow treatments. If you ever want to see a portfolio before booking, just ask.
